1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Quilty Studio (QuiltyStudio.app, “Quilty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Quilty Studio is a tool that turns images into quilt patterns and printable instructions for your personal crafting use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quilty Studio. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the patterns you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload, and you agree not to upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process your content in order to provide the service (for example, generating and saving your pattern files). If you mark a pattern as public, you also permit us to display it and your account display name in the public gallery until you make it private again.

6. Acceptable Use

• Don’t use Quilty Studio for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to use.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Quilty Studio application, its design, and its code are our property. Patterns you generate are yours to use for your personal crafting projects.

8. Communications

We may send you essential, account-related messages. Any future marketing email or text (SMS) updates will be optional and opt-in only — never required to use Quilty — and you can unsubscribe, or reply STOP to texts and HELP for help, at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quilty Studio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated patterns, yardage estimates, or instructions will be error-free or suitable for a particular project — please review them before cutting fabric.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quilty Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including reliance on generated patterns or estimates.

11. Changes

We may modify the service or these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
